Event Details Sit & Fit Chair Exercise Class Date: 7/29/2008 Time: 10:00 am to 11:00 am Location: South Iredell Senior Center (View Map) Description: By popular demand, there will be a chair exercise class for any senior interested at South Iredell Senior Center. The class will meet every Tues. & Thurs. at 10 a.m. Please wear something comfortable that gives with your movement. Feel free to bring hand weights, or two water bottles to gain more from the workout. There is no fee.
