Event Details Perfect Posture for Perfect Health Date: 5/4/2012 Time: 11:30 am to 12:30 pm Location: South Iredell Senior Center (View Map) Description: Dr. Cedermark, chiropractic & board eligible chiropractic neurologist, with Statesville Chiropractic Clinic will be at South Iredell Senior Center on Fri., May 4 at 11:30 a.m. to conduct a workshop on spine health. The program will consist of learning how poor poster can cause pain and discomfort, how chiropractic works, and exercises that can help your nervous system. A FREE spinal alignment screening will be held as part of the workshop. A light lunch will also be included. Please RSVP with a $1 donation to South Iredell Senior Center by April 27. Donations go to help support the Senior Center’s health promotion programs.
