My first post here...  We're moving from AZ to Charlotte and plan to "dry store" our boat if possible.  It appears one Marina owns many of them on Lake Norman.  Is that correct?  I called and they have ONE dry storage spot left for $179 per month.  Seems unusually high but maybe that's the norm for the area.  What Marinas should I call?  Which, in your opinion, are best and why?  My boat is a 17" runabout (Checkmate).
